At Naqsh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 15 of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
